Hours and staffing
Fully staffed, open 4:30 AM to 12:30 AM, seven days a week. The Amtrak ticket window is open 5:00 AM to 9:15 PM, seven days a week, and Amtrak has an information desk. CTrail does not have an information desk here. A security desk at the Frank B. Murray entrance (first floor) is open 4:00 AM to 12:30 AM.
Tracks
Four tracks. Track 4 (Platform C), Track 6 (Platform C), and Track 8 (Platform D) are used for the Hartford Line; Track 2 (Platform B) is rarely used.
Ticket machines
TVMs 020 and 021 are downstairs in the hallway between Lyman Street and Frank B. Murray Street, next to each other (020 on the right, 021 on the left, when facing them).
Parking
Garage with 377 spaces, open 24/7, clearance 7 feet 4 inches, managed by the Springfield Parking Authority (413-731-0006). For GPS, use 1755 Main Street; just past the overpass, turn right into the garage entrance. There is no no-charge parking on weekends or federal holidays. Pay at the pre-pay kiosks near the stairs (enter your space number and length of stay); the garage accepts quarters and credit or debit cards. To add days, call Executive Parking at 413-731-0006. Hourly rates are listed on the Springfield Parking Authority site.
Accessibility and facilities
Fully accessible building with ramps, two elevators, and accessible restrooms. Partially covered platform with benches. Bike rack for four bikes at the Frank B. Murray Street entrance. Food: Dunkin' and Subway, plus vending machines in the Amtrak passenger tunnel. Wi-Fi and phone charging available. ATM on site. No station lockers.

Four charging stations, paid.
Replacement bus
Buses pick up at Peter Pan bus gate 24. Look for the "Substitute Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off" sign.
Security
250 cameras and a staffed security desk.
