Hours and staffing

Unstaffed. Open Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to midnight, Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to midnight. The parking lot is accessible 24/7.

Tracks

Track 1 is usually southbound (toward New Haven); Track 2 is usually northbound (toward Springfield).

Ticket machines

TVM 014 (Track 2 side, ground floor by the elevator), TVM 015 (Track 1 side, ground floor by the elevator), TVM 016 (Track 1 platform), and TVM 017 (in the North Colony Street parking lot).

Parking

No charge, open 24/7, managed by TASI (public number 475-355-5929). Two surface locations totaling 221 spaces: 343 North Cherry Street (immediately outside the station) and 180 North Colony Street, Route 5 (walk from the lot to the Track 2 platform).

Accessibility and facilities

ADA accessible station and trains. Elevators and stairs connect the platforms via an overhead pedestrian bridge. Glass shelters with seating and additional uncovered seating. Bike racks and Wi-Fi available. No restrooms, no food or water, no lockers, no charging stations, no ATM.

EV charging

One station at North Cherry Street, paid. Route 5 has no charging station.

Replacement bus

Buses pick up in the parking lot on North Colony Road (Route 5). Look for the "Substitute Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off" sign.

Security

42 cameras, and security drives through the lot several times a day.
