Hours and staffing

Unstaffed. Open Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to midnight, Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to midnight.

Tracks

Track 1 is usually southbound (toward New Haven); Track 2 is usually northbound (toward Springfield).

Ticket machines

TVMs 009 and 010 on the Track 2 side; TVMs 011 and 012 on the Track 1 side.

Parking

No charge, open 24/7, managed by TASI (public number 475-355-5929). Two locations: the 60 State Street surface lot (65 spaces) and the 24 Colony Street garage (225 spaces, clearance 7 feet 6 inches).

Accessibility and facilities

ADA accessible platforms and trains. Elevators and stairs via a pedestrian bridge. Glass shelters and uncovered seating. A portable restroom is on the right side when facing the station. Bike racks and Wi-Fi available. No food, water, lockers, or charging stations. No ATM.

EV charging

One station with two ports at the State Street lot, paid.

Replacement bus

Pickup is to the right of the station near the bus shelters. Look for the "Substitute Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off" sign.

Security

Patrols the station and parking.
