Hours and staffing

Unstaffed. Open Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to midnight, Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to midnight. The parking lot is accessible 24/7.

Tracks

Track 1 is usually southbound (toward New Haven); Track 2 is usually northbound (toward Springfield).

Ticket machines

Three TVMs, accepting cash, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. TVM 006 (West Tower, Track 1 side, outside the elevator), TVM 007 (East Tower, Track 2 side, near the stairs inside the entrance), and TVM 008 (East Platform, Track 2 side).

Parking

Surface lot with 235 spaces, open 24/7, no charge, managed by TASI (public number 475-355-5929).

Accessibility and facilities

ADA accessible station and trains. Elevators and stairs connect the platforms via an overhead pedestrian bridge. Glass shelters with seating and additional uncovered seating on the platforms. Bike racks and Wi-Fi available. No restrooms, no food or water, no lockers, no charging stations, no ATM.

EV charging

One Leviton station with two ports, paid.

Replacement bus

Buses pick up in the parking lot; walk past the EV charging station toward the lot exit. Look for the "Substitute Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off" sign.

Security

42 cameras, and security drives through the lot several times a day.
