A Hartford Line weekly ticket gives you unlimited rides between the two stations printed on it, in either direction, from Saturday through Friday of the same week. It is accepted on CTrail and Amtrak Hartford Line trains that run on the Hartford Line schedule. On Amtrak trains, Amtrak ticket holders have priority, so you may need to wait for a later train if the train is at or near capacity.
Weekly tickets go on sale each Wednesday for the following Saturday-through-Friday week.
In the eTix app, the ticket stays in Hold status until Saturday, then activates automatically and is valid for the week. You do not activate it for each trip.
The ticket is non-transferable, and a lost or expired ticket cannot be replaced.
How to buy:
1. Ticket vending machines at each Hartford Line station: cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
2. CTrail eTix app (iOS and Android): credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
